Our basic plumbing & Drainage are charged at an hourly rate, giving you clear and simple pricing with no surprises. Most common problems such as leaks, blockages, and small repairs are usually resolved within the first hour. Our experienced engineers will keep you updated as they diagnose and fix the issue, so you always know what’s happening and how long it’s likely to take.
For new customers, the first hour’s fee is taken in advance before an engineer is dispatched. This covers the callout and full fault diagnosis. If further work is required, a fixed price will be provided for approval before we continue.
We apply a minimum charge of one hour on jobs (including fault diagnosis). After the first hour, charges are calculated at an 30 minute rate. Prices exclude the cost of materials and are subject to VAT. Additional Charges such as Congestion Charge and Parking may also apply.
Our first hour covers a full fault diagnosis, and in most cases, the repair can be completed during this visit. If the issue cannot be resolved within the hour, you will still receive a clear diagnosis and a fixed quote to complete the repair.
