For new customers, the first hour’s fee is taken in advance before an engineer is dispatched. This covers the callout and full fault diagnosis. If further work is required, a fixed price will be provided for approval before we continue.

We apply a minimum charge of one hour on all jobs (including fault diagnosis). After the first hour, charges are calculated at an hourly rate. Prices exclude the cost of materials and are subject to VAT. Additional Charges such as Congestion Charge and Parking may also apply.

Our first hour covers a full fault diagnosis, and in most cases, the repair can be completed during this visit. If the issue cannot be resolved within the hour, you will still receive a clear diagnosis and a fixed quote to complete the repair.
